Shipping Policy

All our orders are shipped out via are partner logistic company and are expected to be delivered in 4-10 working days after it leaves the store. Though, our logistic partners are reliable, we are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and/or national and state holidays.

The shipping charge will be borne by us. In the event of returns the shipping charge will be borne by the customer only. 

Returns Policy

  • All orders through COD (cash on delivery) payment mode will be only eligible for exchange. Refund shall not be applicable for such orders.
  • Product should be returned unwashed, unused, in their original packaging along with the price tags, labels, packing, and barcodes, invoice copy defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return.
  • The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.
  • Products under promotions/sale/discounts will not be accepted for returns.
  • In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect kindly get in touch with us immediately. We will request you to kindly email us the photographs of the defective product and appropriate action will be taken by our customer care team thereafter.
  • Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • In case of return or exchange (other than damage & defects while receiving the parcel) logistics cost of return to be borne by the customer.
